Silent Auction and Casino Night

The Casino portion of the evening was wonderful, but, somehow, the chips I bought ended up in other people's pockets! Oh well, all part of the FUN that personifies ETC.

Silent Auction may have been a misnomer, with the all of the drama and excitment taking place as the deadline for bids reached the final seconds for each table.

Overall, a great night of fundraisng with betting, bidding and, look out!, the appearance of so many gangsters and their molls!

Come one, come all to this great evening of fundraising for the new building!

Friday, May 26 at Lion's Hall

Featuring music by Approxmately Jazz, with games of games of chance, including Roulette, Craps, Crown and Anchor and Black Jack.

If there's an auction, there has to be something to auction off! So if you or your company have anything to donate, let us know. It could be one of your crafty creations or some of your sumptuous home cooking: a pie or a couple of dozen of your finest cookies. Bring them in or allow arrangements to be made for later delivery.

Not crafty, not a great cook? No problem! Offer one of your skills or labour: babysitting, lawnmowing, etc.

Contact any member of the Executive with your offering and enjoy the feeling of knowing that you've done your part to help brng our new theatre closer to Opening Night.

The FUN starts at 8:00 P. M. and lasts 'til Midnight.

Admission is only $5.00 @ the door.

Building a new space has a fundamental requirement. CASH FLOW!

While the building committee has presented a financial plan that will accomodate the building of our new home, every plan has its necessary adjustments. Now is the time for ETC members to step up and make the plan work.

The Executive is asking that each member make a donation to the Building Fund.

While any amount is welcome and a tax receipt issued, a donation of $100 per member will ensure the smooth development of the bulding.
